The team at Mainland Funerals are delighted to offer families or individuals in the South Canterbury and Mackenzie Districts the opportunity of free bereavement support.

We understand that grief is personal and unique. It can affect some of us immediately, a week later, or several years later. There is no “one size fits all” answer to why we grieve, how we will grieve, or how we should feel or react.

For some it may feel that asking for help, sharing your situation or showing emotions is a sign of weakness, or losing the plot, but rest assured the support professionals who have offered their services have many combined years in this area and will treat you with the sensitivity and compassion you deserve. The information you share will remain completely confidential.
